Drain cleaning services
Pick the fixture or the line. Each page covers what we clear, posted labor where we have it, and when a snake is not enough.
How a drain visit works
Most drain calls start with which fixture is slow or overflowing, and whether more than one fixture is involved. One kitchen sink is often a trap packed with grease. Every drain in the house at once is the main. A photo of the overflow and a sentence about when it started is enough to know whether to bring a closet auger, a drum machine, or the camera.
On site we open a cleanout if you have one, or work from the fixture. The cable tells us whether the stop is close or out in the lateral. If the cable is not enough — heavy grease, scale, a belly — we talk about jetting or a camera before we keep spinning. Quality Professional Work. You talk to the person doing the work.
Debris that builds up over time in drains can cause clogs, reducing water flow and blocking the drain. We use drain snakes, rooters, and hydro-jetting equipment to eliminate debris and optimize drain performance. No matter the cause of your clogged drain, we’ll open it and clean it thoroughly from end to end.
Our drain cleaning services include sink drains, toilet drains, floor drains, roof drains and downspouts, storm drains, and main sewer drains.
Labor and materials
The drain number we publish today:
- Toilet clog — $200 for a fixture clog we can clear from the bowl
Sink lines, floor drains, mains, jetting, and camera work are quoted after we see the job. If the snake says the blockage is in the main, that is not another $200 plunge. Materials — cables, jetting, fittings if we open a line — are separate. Call or text (508) 335-3306 if you are not sure which page matches the problem.
When to call instead of waiting
- More than one fixture backing up at the same time — that is usually the main, not the trap.
- Sewage on the floor, or a toilet that overflows when the washer drains.
- A clog that comes back after a plunger. Repeating the same $200 does not fix a restricted lateral.
- Gurgling at a sink or floor drain when another fixture runs.
- Sewer smell at a basement drain, or a storm drain that floods the driveway every rain.
Frequently asked questions
Is this the same as plumbing?
Fixture repair — a leaking supply, a new toilet, a faucet — lives under plumbing. This hub is clogs and the lines that carry waste. If you are not sure, call and describe it.
What does $200 cover?
A toilet fixture clog we can clear from the bowl. If the cable says the stop is in the main sewer, we quote that work before we keep going. We would rather camera the line than take the same $200 three times.
Do I need a camera on the first visit?
Not always. A first-time kitchen clog often clears at the trap. Recurring backups, a house that gurgles, or a line we cannot get through — that is when the camera earns its keep.
Are you licensed?
Yes. Fully licensed and insured. HIC#208076. Ask to see it on the truck.
How do I get on the calendar?
Call or text (508) 335-3306. Tell us which fixtures are slow and whether water is on the floor. If the backup already flooded a room, that is also water damage — we will say which job comes first.
