Labor rates
Flood extraction is quoted after we see the room. New customers $75/hr. Regular rate $100/hr when the work is hourly. Pump time, disposal, and drying equipment are separate. A burst line repair is plumbing labor, not this number. A clogged toilet that caused the overflow is $200 if it is a fixture clog we can clear from the bowl.

What you can do while you wait
- Shut water at the fixture, then at the house if that valve will not turn.
- Stay out of standing water if cords or outlets are in it.
- Lift the toilet tank lid and close the fill valve if the bowl is overflowing.
- Move rugs and boxes you can reach from dry floor. Do not wade for them.
- A photo of the room and a sentence about the source is enough to load the truck.
