Toilet drain cleaning in Worcester — fixture clogs from $200

A bowl that will not go down, an overflow onto the floor, or a clog that comes back after you plunged it. Roto-Rooter clears toilet drains. Fixture clogs from $200. Call or text (508) 335-3306. HIC#208076.

Toilet clogs we clear and where they sit

$200 is a fixture clog we can clear from the bowl. If the snake says the stop is in the main, that is a different job — we quote it before we keep going.

Fixture clog

  • Trapway packed in the bowl
  • Wipes that will not break up
  • Kids’ toys in the bend
  • Paper that a plunger will not move

Overflow

  • Bowl filling the floor
  • Tank still running into a blocked trap
  • Washer or tub backing into this toilet
  • Sewage at the closet flange

Recurring clog

  • Clears, then sits again in days
  • Other fixtures gurgle when you flush
  • Roots or a belly in the lateral
  • Camera before the third visit

Bowl first, then the line behind it

$200 covers a fixture clog we can clear from the bowl with a closet auger. If the cable runs past the toilet and still hits a stop, or the tub and the basement floor drain join the backup, that is main sewer work — not another plunger charge. We will tell you which it is before we switch machines.

Worcester’s older clay and cast laterals do not love “flushable” wipes. A running toilet that overflows is also a shutoff problem; the tank and supply are toilet plumbing. This page is the drain. If the floor is already wet, drying and cleanup sit under water damage. 61 Sandra Dr.

Labor and materials

Toilet clog — $200 for a fixture clog we can clear from the bowl. Pulling the toilet, cabling the main, jetting, or a camera is quoted separately. The fixture itself, wax ring, and flange repair are toilet labor, not this page.

Call or text (508) 335-3306 if the bowl is overflowing or if more than one fixture is involved.

Habits that keep the next flush in the bowl

  • Wipes belong in the trash, even the ones that say flushable. Clay joints catch them.
  • If the bowl is already at the rim, do not keep flushing. Shut the stop at the wall.
  • A clog that returns in a week is not a plunger problem. Say so when you book.
  • Keep a working shutoff at the toilet. If it is painted still, we will free or replace it while we are there.

Frequently asked questions

The clog came back. Do I pay $200 again?

If we cleared a fixture clog and it returns because the main is restricted, the next visit is drain work on the line, not another plunger charge. We would rather camera the lateral than take the same $200 three times.

Do you have to pull the toilet?

Not for most fixture clogs. If the auger cannot pass, or the flange is the problem, we pull it and quote that extra before we unbolt.

I need a new toilet, not a snake.

Installs are toilets — $150 labor. This page is the clog. If the bowl is cracked or the flange is shot, we will say so.

Sewage is on the floor.

Stop flushing. Call. Clearing the line is this work. Standing water and drying are water damage. We will tell you which job comes first.
